Following Aamir Khan, saving the world is the foremost thought on every star’s mind. The latest to be bitten by the philanthropy bug is Ajay Devgn, who, along with wife Kajol, has decided to embark on a campaign to save the girl child. The actor is making a short film on the subject in the hope to help “change mindsets”. Apparently, Devgn believes having a daughter is sort of like a life-insurance plan — “Even after girls get married, they come back and take care of their families. Boys, once they get married, are gone,” he says. Er, do the senior Devgns have something they wish to say?
